Account Deletion

Delete Your Urgent2k Account

You can request account deletion from the web profile page, the mobile profile screen, or by contacting support. App requests are deactivated immediately and finalized by admin review.

Delete From The App

  1. Open Urgent2k and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password and type the confirmation text shown in the app.

Delete From The Web

  1. Sign in at urgent2k.com.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm with your password and the required confirmation text.

Request By Email

Email support@urgent2k.com from your account email and ask for account deletion.

Records We May Retain

Urgent2k may retain payment, assistance request, payout, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, security, and legal records where required. Non-required profile data is deleted or anonymized after the request is processed.

After You Submit

Your login is deactivated, a deletion record is stored for admin processing, and an admin completes the final anonymization step.
