Delete Your Urgent2k Account
You can request account deletion from the web profile page, the mobile profile screen, or by contacting support. App requests are deactivated immediately and finalized by admin review.
Delete From The App
- Open Urgent2k and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Provide a reason of at least 20 characters.
- Enter your password and type the confirmation text shown in the app.
Delete From The Web
- Sign in at urgent2k.ng.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Provide a reason of at least 20 characters.
- Confirm with your password and the required confirmation text.
Request By Email
Email support@urgent2k.ng from your account email and ask for account deletion.
Records We May Retain
Urgent2k may retain payment, assistance request, payout, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, security, and legal records where required. Non-required profile data is deleted or anonymized after the request is processed.
After You Submit
Your account immediately shows as deleted, all sessions are revoked, and you cannot sign in again. An administrator must approve final anonymization. After approval, using Urgent2k again requires registering a fresh account; the deleted account cannot be restored.
