Terms of Use
These terms explain how Urgent2k accounts, assistance requests, verification, contributions, payouts, disputes, and support work.
1. Platform Role
Urgent2k helps verified users request voluntary emergency support through its community platform. Support is not guaranteed and depends on eligibility, safety review, and available balance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. Urgent2k may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unsafe activity, or policy violations.
3. Verification
Users must complete NIN verification. Verification is used for safety, fraud prevention, duplicate-identity checks, and payout protection.
4. Assistance Requests
Support requests are fixed at 2K. A user can receive support only if the account is verified, the account is not flagged for suspicious activity, there has been no completed support payout in the last 30 days, payout details are saved, and Urgent2k has enough available balance.
5. Contributions And Fees
Contributions are handled through a secure payment processor. Urgent2k does not retain a platform fee at launch. Payment providers may apply charges at checkout; those provider charges are not retained by Urgent2k.
6. Payouts
Approved support is sent to the saved payout account. Payouts may be delayed or held by provider, bank, technical, compliance, dispute, fraud-review, or security reasons.
7. Refunds And Disputes
Contributions are generally final after successful processing, but Urgent2k may review duplicate payments, provider errors, proven fraud, unauthorized charges, chargebacks, or other disputes. Provider charges will be non-refundable.
8. Prohibited Use
You shall not use Urgent2k for illegal activity, scams, impersonation, false emergencies, investment promises, gambling, adult content, weapons, hate, regulated substances, political misuse, medical misinformation, or unsafe content.
9. Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from your profile, the mobile app, or the public deletion page. Some payment, assistance request, payout, dispute, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, and legal records may be retained where required.
