Users must meet all safety and fund-availability checks before receiving emergency support.
Who Can Request Support
- Registered users with accurate account details.
- Users who complete NIN verification through the approved provider.
- Users who save valid payout details.
- Users whose accounts are not flagged for suspicious activity.
- Users who have not received support in the last 30 days.
Support Amount
The support amount is fixed at NGN 2,000.
Fund Availability
A request can be submitted only when the assistance fund has enough available money.
