Contribution Policy

Contributions add money to the assistance fund and are processed through Flutterwave.

Contribution Minimum

The launch minimum contribution is NGN 2,000.

Provider Checkout

Contributions are initialized by Urgent2k and completed through Flutterwave. Urgent2k updates the assistance fund only after server-side transaction verification or a verified webhook.

Fees

Urgent2k does not retain a platform fee at launch. Provider charges may be added by Flutterwave, banks, cards, or mobile money providers at checkout.

Assistance Fund Use

The assistance fund is used for eligible NGN 2,000 emergency support payouts to verified users.

Refund Review

Contributions are generally final once successfully processed, but duplicate payments, provider errors, unauthorized charges, proven fraud, chargebacks, or disputes may be reviewed.
