Urgent2k is an emergency financial assistance platform. Verified users can request NGN 2,000 support from the assistance fund.
A user must be NIN verified, have saved payout details, pass safety checks, have no completed support payout in the last 30 days, and the assistance fund must have enough available money.
Contributions are processed by Flutterwave and added to the assistance fund after successful verification.
Verification helps reduce fraud, protect users, prevent duplicate identities, and keep payouts safer.
Approved assistance is sent to the saved bank account. A payout may be delayed or held for provider, bank, technical, compliance, dispute, fraud-review, or security reasons.
